High temperature (resistant to confined degradation) silicone sealants

At present, the silicone materials used in China's aviation industry include silicone rubber, silicone resin, silicone grease and silicone oil. The high temperature area of aircraft engine and rear fuselage and its environmental control system need high temperature silicone sealants with temperature resistance up to 300℃. The commonly used silicone sealants are high temperature silicone sealants, high strength and high hardness silicone sealants, and two-component silicone sealants. Among them, the temperature resistance of two-component silicone sealant can reach 350℃, and it has excellent anti-hermetic degradation performance, and it can have good adhesion performance to metal materials without coating adhesive primer.

Flame retardant and fire retardant silicone sealant

Fireproof means that a material or component can withstand a flame at a temperature of 1 093 ° C or higher for at least 15 minutes without burning through, and no flame can be observed on its back. Flame retardant means that the material has the ability to self-extinguish after the ignition source is withdrawn, so that it can prevent combustion or delay the rapid expansion of combustion when the fire occurs.
